ETS2MP - Fatal Error

Hello @Afthy;

here it is.

if you want to play online you must select the update "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs".
Please, follow these steps:
1) Go to your Steam library
2) Right click on your game Euro Truck Simulator 2
3) Click on "Property"
4) Click on "Betas"
5) Select "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs"

In most cases, the problem is caused by the fact that the folder for the game is incorrectly specified. This can happen after you have reinstalled the operating system or Steam. First of all, you should make sure that the problem is caused by this. To make sure of this, you must do the following:

 

STEP 1

  • 1. Open Steam, go to LIBRARY -> GAMES
      Hide contents

  • 2. Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open Properties

  • 3. After the Properties window has opened click LOCAL FILES tab and press BROWSE LOCAL FILSES

  • 4. A folder with game files opens. Remember the path to this folder

 

STEP 2

  • 1. Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R)
  • 2. Type regedit and hit enter
  • 3. Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP
  • 4. Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2"

If they differ:

  • 1. Copy the folder address from STEP 1
  • 2. Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address)
  • 3. Click OK.

Thanks bro ,but its not working still the same message

Hi Afthy,

 

After you did that with change it to -> None of Betas

was Ets2 doing some Download to patching it?

If not please try it again and after some secs you should

get on steam some Download if not please restart your Steam.

 

The another Solution would be this way:

 

  • Search on your System for the Name -> regedit
  • After you found regedit search there for the Names -> TruckersMP and ETS2MP
  • Delete all Files from there what regedit will just find for you
  • Turn off your Anti Vir - Windows Defender
  • Download the Launcher from there -> https://truckersmp.com/download
  • Install it new
  • Start the Launcher with -> Admin
