Before there was some memory problems, and loading in another thread didn't work properly. All vehicles in normal game are loaded in another thread, and that's why when you click on quick job trucks are invisible for few seconds, and then are loaded.

This reminds me of a line from some sort of comedy-documentary; Sharks exist in only two places on Earth; in the Northern, and Southern hemispheres.
