Event Rules for Participants: 

• The use of the player tag that contains "ALLIANCE" or "ALC" is prohibited when you're not a member of ALLIANCE or don't have authorization from our event team.
• Event participants will be able to ignore the traffic lights as long as it's safe, otherwise they must respect the traffic light.
• Participants must remain in a single line. Overtaking is prohibited.
• Cars are prohibited (except for Event Staff and TruckersMP Team).
• Participants should follow all convoy control instructions from Event Staff accordingly.
• It's prohibited to park in a slot or multiple slots not assigned to you at the meetup, departure, and end of the event.
• Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner.
• Beacon usage is prohibited for participants (except for Event Staff and TruckersMP Team).
• Advertising of any kind is prohibited (except our official stream, discord server, and social media).
• Participants with consistent lag must remain at the back of the convoy.
• Convoy participants must have a trailer. Double or triple trailers aren't allowed.
• Convoy participants may not use loaded heavy cargo trailers.

• The event staff is allowed to use any vehicle or trailer (e.g.: caravans, double, triple and heavy trailers) to act in the organization of the event and the traffic of the event.
• Event Staff overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 members at a time.
• Event Staff can drive the incorrect way where roads have a central reservation barrier only. In accordance with the rule above.
