scipion34
The only potential gripe I see for this is people who have green lights now having 10x more brightness in lights than before, but otherwise I'm all for it!
Sunstrider
I'm all for it. For brights are gonna be an absolute pain at night.

Lvicek07
I can see how useful this would be, but I think it would be harmful to performance if it were required but as an optional mod, this would be good
InsanoDeath
Nice Suggestion but hopefully this will create lag for many low end users
ItsHarryUK
I like the idea but performance is something that needs to be looked at.

[RSL] Julian [GER]
This is a good idea i support it but this will couse thats lot of players with not so good pc have more lags and frame rate drops, when the mod are optional like the season wheater mod are, than this will be nice. Kind regards, [RSL] Julian [GER] RSL Human Resources
'MaRtY
It would be good to have an update on the lighting. It should be taken into consideration that this change does not cause performance loss in the game. 1 2
Wraith645
We need a lighting update and this would solve that
Graish75
This would be a great thing to add on, but as said by someone else, performance should be considered before doing those changes. With more lights the game has more things to load in, so low RAM and VRAM values would be a problem in a low-end PC. Since when users are in Simulation 1 in Calais - Duisburg they already get laggy and lead to accidents caused by that whole lag, and also impact on global server's performance, most likely the answer to this thread from a community manager would be a no rather than a yes. Thareon
Personally, I don't think I would install this mod. When driving in dimly lit areas with little traffic, it can already be slightly uncomfortable right now if approaching drivers don't lower their headlights. Therefore, I would prefer to keep high beams from shining even brighter. I can see how some drivers might benefit from the mod, though. Offering it to those who want more powerful light effects is of course perfectly fine, as long as it is optional and only affects the client on which it is installed.
