It loads the summer mod for 1.40, which causes a crash.　Please delete it from the mod folder of ETS2MP.
Also, if your last game was TMP 1.40, you may have to save it in a single-player 1.41 environment to get the crash.

I would be very careful, even if road signs are always present, most of people are completely oblivious when it comes to traffic lights and road signage, and those that aren't may not be aware of non-functioning traffic lights, they will see green and won't slow down.
