    Merhaba, Ben 4.kez(1ay) ban yedim. 5. kez ban 3 ay, 6kez ban perma oluyor. Benim sorum şu; yanlış hatırlamıyorsam son ban tarihinden 1 yıl sonrasına kadar ban yemezsem bu banlar yeni banı etkilemiyordu. Şimdi ben 4. ban tarihinin üzerinden 1 yıl geçerse 5. banım 3 ay değilde ilk defa ban yemiş gibi mi olacağım.

    Suggestion Name: Clear punishment history in case of ban by mistake Suggestion Description: I was searching the forum and I found out that it isn't possible to clear punishment history. It's okay with one exception. I think it should be possible to clear punishment history when user was banned by mistake. Why should it be added?: Because when people look at your profile and they see the ban they may think (when they don't read the description of ban) you are some pirate driver, even when you didn't do anything wrong . In this regard I have one question: Do this bans by mistake count as a proper bans ? Because if so, thanks to that you are closer to longer bans and permanent ban even though you did nothing wrong. I've decided to open this topic because yesterday I was banned by mistake. I made an appeal and I was succesful, admin appologized (he used wrong ID), but ban is remaining in my punishment history (even though there is "@BANBYMISTAKE" tag). Thanks in advance for any feedback regarding this topic. I am sorry if this was discussed before, I used search function but didn't find any corresponding results (maybe I did it wrong).

    Hi, this is regarding reports and punishments. I feel like the punishments are too short. For example, I reported a guy on let's say day 1, my report was not answered until 11 days after. But it was declined because the guy just got banned in-game. To explain more clearly. I reported a guy on the 1st of September. The guy got banned in-game on the 11th of September, looks like in-game ban by an in-game admin. My report is declined on the 11th of September because he was already banned. The guy's ban is only the length of the ban he received on the 11th September. Making my report void and invalid? I think my report should be added onto the punishment he just got. Because it looks like, since I reported this guy on the 1st of September he has been free to break rules through 10 days until an Admin managed to catch him in the act. But yet he is only banned for 3 days... doesn't seem right to me. Not only are some reports made void, but ban lengths are just short in general. People don't seem to care that they get banned, considering the LARGE amount of troublemakers in-game.

    Buenas, quiero sacarme una duda... Siempre que hago un reporte inmediato en el mp, porque alguien esta rameando o troleando, a los minutos me tira mensaje que no se tomo ninguna accion contra el usuario XXXXXX... La verdad que ese sistema no se si funciona tal como fue hecho o hay un fallo en el sistema. Hay algun admin que esta todo el tiempo mirando los reportes, o algunos admins? Tengo esa duda, porque he hecho varios reportes inmediatos y siempre el sistema me pasa ese mensaje y no me da una solucion al tema en cuestion. Por citar un ejemplo... El otro dia, estavamos en convoy empresarial y de repente, aparecieron dos autos y empezaron a trolear el convoy, haciendo daño a nuestros camiones y sacando los mismos del camino... Ni hablar que tuvimos que saltar con F7 para ir todos al taller... Hicimos reportes inmediatos y no paso nada. Tuvimos que hacer uso de nuestros contactos con algunos Admins y molestarlos para que vengan a ayudar, y a la media hora, uno de ellos tomo cartas en el asunto, baneando temporalmente a los usuarios que andaban con los autos... Seria bueno, que si alguien anda molestando con su cuenta por ahi a quienes nos tomamos el juego en serio, sea baneada permanentemente del mp y sigan con su cuenta en single player... Es una sugerencia... Gracias y espero sus respuestas...

    Suggestion Name: Name Change when banned issue Suggestion Description: Take off the once a month restriction on name changes Any example images: n/a Why should it be added?: A friend of mine was banned due to his name not being allowed to be used in game. He had the normal "change name and make ban appeal" but was unable to change his name as he had already changed his name within the month, so the system disallowed him to change his name. This will just cause more work for the admins so this rule needs revisiting.

    Hello again! I've been looking to your ban system. No offence, but you are disrespect your own work. You can not cover 10% of the reports from EU 1, 2 and 3. In several topics I saw comments that suggests and encourage recording and manual sending the video to an admin. This can work if everybody recording. As MCSA I won't recommend that if you have an HDD. (TTL reduced to 300 days ...ish) Your specs will go off the grid, and the game performance will be poor. (low fps if computer is rated as 7.5 or lower) Why don't you create a report system, based on server recording? You can set wide area cams all over the map. Example> Some player ram or block... on A10. I make the report. The server record constantly that road. When it gets my report, server will save that 30 seconds video, together with the proper identification of the player reported. (steamId and other). The administrator will access the video, and make a decision. After administrator close the case, the video will be deleted or place as evidence on youtube. This way, nobody will get away without the proper punishment. I know it's complicated, it will take a lot of time, but it's doable. Do this and from that 10% efficiency, you will gain 95%. (Some players choose not to report small infractions). Thank you for your time.

Benim sormak istediğim bende resimdeki oyuncuya dair farklı bir video kanıt bulunmakta ben bu arkadaşı web rapor sisteminden rapor edersem ve ban süresi bitmeden rapora admin tarafından bakılırsa ban süresi uzatılacak mı yoksa banlı olduğu için benim raporum işlevsiz mi kalacak.

    A fitting title: Community Banning System A description of what the suggestion is about : Community Banning System I have notice recently that the new report system is basically useless due to the majority of them timing out and when making reports on the website it takes an extremely long time for an admin to claim the report. This is where i thought why not change the websites system... How should it work What will stop people abusing the system? What happens if someone is banned and did not break a rule? What makes a player eligible? They are not the person being reported. Has a min of 100Hrs in ets2/ATS. They are not the person issuing the report. They have to be enrolled on the Banning system program. They have a positive or neutral reputation. Any eventual example images or similar: NONE A reason why it should be added/removed/change: It should be added as it means that there is a shorter wait time for players to get banned through the website as the admins don't seem to be coping with the current system that is in place.

    Resulta que fui baneado, en mi opinión no fue mi culpa, pero quiero una segunda opinión, para saber si puedo apelar o no. Si miran detalladamente los retrovisores, yo estaba en mi linea, y el puso las direccionales cuando yo ya estaba a la mitad de él, el debió parar para poder cambiar de linea, nunca me pase de linea. ¿qué opinan?

Example Images: N/A Why it Should Be Added: Because all that shows is a ban on your record and it doesn't show how you may have proven it wrong. It might also make you look worse during "recruitment sessions" if those are even a thing. If bans are visible to the public, why wouldn't ban appeals be?

    Buenas noches. Les comento que fui baneado por error hace unos días. Apelé el ban y me lo quitaron. En razon, dice BANBYMYSTAKE o algo asi, que creo que es por error. El tema es que si el ban fue por error, por que me lo dejan en mi perfil? no me gusta que haya quedado eso alli Explicare un poco mejor como fue: Yo iba entrando a una ciudad (en polonia creo, going east) y habia un tipo frenado en el semaforo. Yo queria doblar a la derecha, como el no avanzo, lo rebase luego de tocar bocina y al doblar, el man justo aceleró. Al acelerar, me choca a mi que estaba doblando, y su camion EMPIEZA A FLOTAR Bueno apele el ban y solucionado pero no se por que sigue eso alli si fue error del admin. Gracias de antemano y espero respuesta alguna, intente que un admin me respondiera esta cuestion pero no me entiendio mucho mi bad english jaja

    Witam mam bana na zawsze chociaż poprzednie bany były nie uczciwe - więc nie apelowałem tamtych banów bo gralem w co innego lecz kiedy w lutym chyba jechałem skodą 5 raz od serwisu ( cały czas musiałem wszyswać pomoc drogową ) gość tirem zajechał mi droge kiedy wyprzedzałem, dostałem 100% uszkodzeń przeklnąłem go, prawada ale on już bana nie dostał. Poprzedni jeden (i jeszcze może kkilka by sie znalało) był przez lag serwera, wjechał w cięzarówke, był też taki który pamiętał gość jechał 70 km h zacząłem go wyprzedzać on magicznie rozpędził sie do 130 km h ( ok. ) napisałem do niego "idiot" czy coś takiedo i dostałem bana. Prosze o unbana jeżeli jakiś admin to czyta bądź dyskusje naprawde według mnie troch mało sprawiedliwości... ( bez urazy, obrazy itd ) Pozdrawiam i szerokości :]
