Fix: As you see the black screen the simple thing you have to do is wait. It may take 5-10 minutes. I have this before and many others i'm guessing your new, so welcome! Just wait and this wont happen again.

Windows 10 is not that bad. Especially after I updated to Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Windows became faster than previously.

To be honest, ya'll fair just wanted to rip off not a suggestion but like a idea that was implented in a Minecraft Server, which i would give a chance to see if they would do the same. Minecraft servers arent the same as an game off trucks you know. But i wished to help the mod more by some suggestions that may would help.

Suggestion Name: You can pay for you unban. Suggestion Description: You can pay for you unban, So what i mean here is that there can be on the truckersmp.com site an option to pay for you unban, If you dont have the money then just wait till your ban expires. (Permanent ban doesnt count) Any example images: No. Why should it be added? I've seen Minecraft Servers doing this and this helped the server seriously growed up. It may also improve the mod by the money from the unbans.
