The use of the Blue Eyes Event Server should only be for participants of the Blue Eyes Event. If you are caught away from the group, you will be punished via a kick from the server. Instructions from the Event Staff should be followed without any hesitation. If you ignore the Event Staff, this may result in a kick from the server. TruckersMP Game Moderators are considered Event Staff providing they have been cleared with the Event Manager. Any attempt to disrupt the event is considered trolling, and normal procedure will be carried out by Game Moderators. You are not to have any trailers in your slots. They should be left in the designated area on the slot map. Beacons are not permitted to be used at the truckfest or breaks to reduce lag. A violation of this will result in a kick from the server. * All participants are to leave as per instruction from Event Staff, this will be announced via the in-game announcement system by Game Moderators. Parking in a booked slot is not allowed, if you do, you will be asked to move. If you ignore Event Staff’s request to move, you will be kicked by a Game Moderator. * Ramming and/or Blocking is not permitted. If you are caught doing this normal procedure will be followed by Game Moderators. * (Note, Event Staff are only exempt from Blocking.) Overtaking and undertaking are not permitted. This is considered reckless driving and will be dealt with as per Game Moderator’s normal procedure. * Heavy haul and/or world of trucks trailers are not permitted, you will be kicked if you are caught using one. Only Convoy Control, Media Teams and the Event Management are permitted to block junctions. Only assigned Media Teams and Event Staff are permitted to travel in the wrong direction as long as this is done safely. Event Staff cannot impersonate Game Moderation, for example, threatening with actions taken against somebody, they can only guide people, and quote the rules. They should report to a Game Moderator as per usual. Event Management have the authority to request removal of a user from the event. Game Moderators are permitted to TPC Event Staff when required. Event Staff are not to be banned, kicked during or after the event for any "situations" that may occur during and or after the event. Hi there, Currently, we have quite a queue of reports in our website system waiting to be reviewed. Our Game Moderation team are working hard, as usual, to get through the queue and review reports as quickly as possible. However, we're only a small volunteer team with a large task so it will take some time. I can fully assure you though that your reports will be reviewed, it will just take some time for that to happen. We will never ignore or forget your reports; they will always be reviewed regardless of how long it takes. Just for the record, you mention "last year I was posted many reports but it takes approximately 3 days to look 5 reports" - since last year, the modification and player-base have grown meaning more users submitting reports. We're working to expand our team to deal with this, but it's a gradual process that will take some time. However, rest assured that we're always working to improve ways to deal with reports quicker and more effectively. Participants must have a trailer. Follow the instructions from the convoy control (ConSec): indicator and chat signals. It is allowed to block roads with the convoy at the start, break and destination. Convoy control (ConSec) is exempted from §2.3 (to block roads for showing the right route) and §2.4. Beacons are only allowed for the convoy control. In German: Das überholen für Teilnehmer ist, ohne Einverständnis des Veranstaltungspersonals, nicht erlaubt (NRL - Nordrock Logistic/ConSec). A certain level of activity is expected from all staff members, and the in-game aspect of the Game Moderation role is no exception. However, such questions will always be answered and dealt with via the recruitment process.

Hey mate, As the requirements show, they look for a lot more than just 'not being banned in the last 12 months' - however, this specific requirement is important for them to be able to judge your behavior and ability to follow the rules. The requirement for this is strict, and always have been as the role of a Game Moderator is one with high responsibility, as with any role within the team. Having been banned (or not) in the last 12 months shows them your kind of behavior and attitude towards the rules, both important elements that are considered during recruitment. You mention 'you can just create new account, do not play and wait 12 months and after this aspire to the game moderator' - this isn't the case. Having bans in the last 12 months is one of multiple requirements that they look for, and not the only thing that is considered when people apply for the role. Of sorts, this is just a baseline requirement to ensure that they're recruiting the best people, with knowledge of the mod/game and a proven record of being able to follow the rules. Anyone can aspire for any role within the team, but it's what they do and whether they meet the requirements that ultimately determines whether that aspiration turns into reality.
