Is this really permited? i was perma ban some time ago cause this (was changed to BANMISTAKE)... since that im afraid to use.
But according to rule 3.3 im allowed
So, can i use this wheels on my skoda?

They are allowed, so long as they fit within the wheel arches. They are, however, not yet synced so everyone else will see them as truck wheels. We (Game Moderators) can tell when a car is using actual car or truck wheels and you cannot be banned for using those. If you do get banned, appeal, explain the situation and show a screenshot of your car as it appears to you so can prove you are using car wheels and have your ban be removed.
But yeah. AI car wheels are allowed. But if you use them before MP is updated to sync them, do expect some players wanting to report you for excessive save editing.
