Are there any plans to raise "Road To Simulation" to the next level by implementing server-sided user profiles which can't be edited/ tweaked (e.g. no editing of money, experience, level, etc.)? I believe it is in the interest of a more realistic simulation, if players have to level up in multiplayer the same way as they are supposed in singleplayer.

Das Rechtsfahrgebot findet Anwendung in der deutschen Strassenverkehrsordnung, genauer, außerhalb geschlossener Ortschaften und auf Autobahnen mit mehreren Fahrstreifen. Laut ADAC soll es dazu beitragen, "dass der vorhandene Verkehrsraum optimal genutzt wird und der Verkehr dadurch bestmöglich fließt". Rechts überholen ist nur erlaubt, wenn die Verkehrsdichte auf allen Fahrstreifen so hoch ist, dass nebeneinander gefahren wird, oder wenn der Verkehr auf der linken Spur steht bzw. mit max. 60 km/ h fährt. In den In-Game Regeln wird dies im Paragraphen "Reckless Driving" berücksichtigt. Ich unterstütze diese Regelung, da Verkehrsteilnehmer in der Regel schneller fahrende Fahrzeuge nicht auf der rechten Seite erwarten.

It must be a difficult task for game and report moderators to pin down one or the other solely by the few indicators you mentioned. To me it appears to be partly based on guesswork only, and phrases like "most likely" and "appears to" confirm an uncertainty.
