      when you have normal 16k but in the evening more like 5 and download the mod with 40kb/s and its breakin all the time... #onlytelekomthings

    If you want no fines and have the console enabled if no console go into config and search for g_police the default will be 1 change that to 0.

    It seems your isp is blocking MP. TuxyQ will give you the ip of the servers and you need to port forward them on your router settings
