    What will my in-game name show as? I changed my account name on the TruckersMP website but on the forums it shows my previous username still, will my new one be showed in game? Or is there some sort of approval system that I have to wait for my username to be accepted?

      Your in game name will show as your TMP profile name, for the forums you just need to log out and back in again for it to take effect on the forums ;)

      You just have to log out from the forum and then relogin. After this your forum nickname will be the same as your in-game nickname.
