Hey there, regarding your first question, no, there is no way to get both collisions and speeds above 110kph in any of the servers, It's one or the other unfortunately. I use a program called Virtual Speditor which lets you create your own job, from the destination, company and even the type of cargo, adding onto that you can choose whether you'd like to do Freight Market or Own Trailer jobs.
