When someone says "report", it doesn't automatically mean you're in trouble, but it's still a good idea to have footage just in case. I've seen a few people saying report to me, and I never got banned, I just wasn't at fault.
For the video, I'm not sure that suddenly stopping (lag?) can be reported. Neither changing lane even if it's just like 40 meters in front of you. But I think what he did after can be reported for blocking. I'm very unsure why the driver behind you thought it was your fault though, because if he hit you while you were already overtaking him, it would have been his fault for not watching his surroundings.
