Your profile-reputation-truck is relative to the likes/reputations you get by your posts. If someone likes one of your posts the amount of reps is going up.

You'll have to wait til 05:00 UTC (06:00 CET | 00:00 somewhere in Merica). But the picture says that you have to wait until it's 11 pm (your local time). So relax and clean your house, your shoes, your hair, whatever )
