I'm not too sure how this would benefit the streamer in anyway, as if you are watching their stream, you'd know where they are and who they are anyway, so it cannot really prevent stream sniping or anything of that sort. It's not your responsibility to protect other players, if they cannot follow the rules, that's their own fault, not the one streaming. If you don't want to report them for doing something, then simply don't report it.

I find staying within the interior view works best, look out the window, then you just turn in the direction you want the trailer to go. This way you don't need to think about turning the wrong way too much. -

Noting the different violations you believe the user may have made does not really matter too much here. The most important thing that we need to know is more so whether it is a driving based violation or a chat/cb violation (And please choose the correct language for these where possible!) No matter which reason you choose, the outcome will be the same as we'll determine which rule violations have taken place and add them regardless of the selected one. -

How fast is your connection? Have you tried using ethernet instead of WiFi? (If using WiFi) You could try setting up a BQM to monitor the ping and any packet loss. (I use them all the time to prove there is connection issues to my provider) the down side is, not all providers support this tool. https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality You would need to wait a few hours for it to start working, if it seems stable, then try going in game and getting the disconnect, see if that causes anything to show up. Other than that, not much else I can think of.
