Your SP time got synced with MP time. In singleplayer, when you are not playing, the time stays the same. In multiplayer however, even when you are not online and not playing, the time keeps going forward, hence the difference in days.

@carXT You may have done the same goof as me. The mod folder for this winter mod is not the same mod folder as for ETS2. Go to Documents/ETS2MP and create a folder in there called mod. DO NOT go to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod because that won't help.
