The background becomes black because the picture is rendered on a black background, thus you can see the black through the transparent bits.

Our servers have a limit, they can't take an infinite amount of players each, that's why EU 1 is capped at 2300 players. Any higher numbers can cause some issues for all the players on the server.

No, the distance away from trailer limit is added by the MP mod, so it needs to be increased slightly around those locations.
