Hello bluesbass , 

you have been a member of the truckersmp team since 26.10.2016 - two years ago and have been our Support Manager since January 2018. I can imagine how hard it is to join as a Trial Support and grow up to a Manager, getting the responsibility for all the support staff. And all our staff is coming from other cultures, they all have got different attitudes and you had to be the Manager of them. This work really can't  succeed everyone. But in this case you have succeeded very well. I respected you very much when you volunteered for different people and clarified or participated in some discussions in our team.  These situations showed courage. You also announced things that surprised me as well. You were accepted by all members of our team - beginning at our Trials and ending at our Upper Staff and you almost always succeeded. You've even argued with some of our players and have been willing to make yourself unpopular by championing your team - also that's not self-evident. And you never favored someone and never took advantage of your role. Your real merit is that you were such a great Manager that you have given us a very different atmosphere. Also because you've proven that you can be manager but not the boss you're always afraid as a member to talk with. We all respected that! And now behalf of our entire team and me I wish you all the best in all respects for your new position and simply have to say two words: Thank you!
