Getting kicked from server saying wrong launcher version, but there is no update pending on the launcher or its not automatically updating. Was ProMods server I was trying connect to. Not sure if that makes any difference.

Suggestion Name: Next event or events on TruckersMP launcher Suggestion Description: A small section of the launcher should be dedicated to upcoming events both official TMP events and other events Why should it be added?: The events page is a bit busy with loads of images, suggested events and stuff. Having somewhere so that people can at a glance see what events are about to start, would make it much easier to join an event. I often feel like joining a convoy, but sometimes miss events because I forget. A reminder of upcoming/next events would prevent this.

Suggestion Name: Multi-coloured in-game tag Suggestion Description: To celebrate pride month, but maybe even permanently, I propose allowing multiple colours to be available to be selected for the in-game tag. This could be either a few preset colour options or give the user complete control over which letter/word is displayed in which colour. Example: So an example of a preset option could just cycle Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Violet for the duration of the tag. So like this TruckersMP. Another option would be to allow users to define a colour for every single letter or word, but I feel that this could get messy, but would add more flexibility. Why should it be added?: To celebrate pride and to add more options to the in-game tag. Hopefully something can be done before pride 2022.

Anyone have any ideas why TruckersMP says a friend of mine has the wrong game version and needs to get the latest, despite him having it already.

So I posting this on behalf of a friend, but despite running ETS2 on the latest version, TruckersMP refuses to launch and gives him an error that he has an outdated version of the game. Any ideas? Hes uninstalled both TruckersMP and ETS2 and reinstalled and it wont work. His game comes up with the latest version number when he loads single player.

With the latest version, I am getting an error saying that the client version number doesn't match the one on the server (or something along those lines), despite updating to the latest version within the launcher. Any ideas?

Is the Schwarzmuller DLC still not supported?

If we purchase and install the France DLC, will it stop multiplayer from working or will multiplayer just use the base game files and ignore the DLC???

I doubt if it will cause a problem - its DLC, not a mod (MP disables only mods, however there won't be any non-collision zones, so it may be one huge mess until MP support is made)

^also you may get kicked for unsupported mods if you get a trailer from the DLC-only companies or even crash players, so IMO its better to wait a bit before buying it *points at the NCZ chaos in Paris' service*

Noticed that some people have got Christmas paintjobs. Despite having the DLC myself, I cannot see their paintjobs.

Getting an error saying the downloaded folder is empty! [EDIT] Scratch that! Tried it a few more times and it worked eventually.

Not for me but for another driver, but anyone know how to reset the options you get on the TruckersMP launcher? You know... the one where it asks what version you want to launch directx or opengl

shit im in the same boat here, even when i had the game in version for incompatible mods, scs send a ninja update and we are screwed now.

Suggestion Name: Increased admin/ Stricter rules Suggestion Description: That route is becoming the new Rotterdam. People are using it to troll other users and cause utter chaos. The route needs more admins and I think that users who are clearly just there with no trailers or in cars should be kicked. Why should it be added?: Reduce the amount of trolls and increase the amount of enjoyment for other users.

Just tried to get on EU2 (which is full). Says its trying to connect and then nothing seems to be happening. Is that new and I should wait or is it broke?

Are the servers down. Wont allow me or anyone else from our VTC to connect

One thing I will say is that I highly recommend creating a savefile before going to any of the race tracks. That way, if you do get rammed by another driver, you have a save point from where you can restore your game and carry on as normal.

Great idea and love the look of the cars. They are MASSIVELY over powered though. Pretty much no need for them to be this fast. Even when you are piloting a convoy, there is no need for them to be this fast!

Very happy about this. Now people wont think that they can drive around like crazy and get away with it.

I have accidentally pressed OpenGL as my preferred graphics setting instead of DirectX and told it to never ask me again. I thought an uninstall would resolve it, but it doesn't. Where does multiplayer store this information and is there any way to change it back?
