    You proofed by deleting game cache? 1) Open Steam > Euro Truck Simulator 2 (Or) American Truck Simulator 2) Properties. 3) Local Files 4) Verify integrity of game cache 5) Create new user. *Or try re-installing the game

    You must enter the game, not the normal multiplayer, menu manage company then look at the vehicles you have and remove the blue lights at all, since the police is only for game administrators.
