Hello @User_5477877, that will be depending on which moderators team (depending on which sub forum you look at) in that case the Support Team to look over that and evaluated the answers added to a Help Form Post in here and they approve it or delete it depending if the given solutions is fitting for the asked question or problem that you have replied too. This process can take a couple minutes up to a day or even more depending in which help section you replied to in here it maybe depending on the current support staff members online and who is actively looking at the topic on the other hand if you reply on a sub forum for another language there is only a handful of Support Staff that know the language and will evaluated what you have replied then approve or decline it, also keep in mind that any of the Staff Team around here is doing all of that in there free time and does not get payed for what they do here so that is also a key part in why there is delays in getting your reply approved along with some other factors that might play into the approval of your reply to a certain topic. From my previous examples it took a couple days but only since i replied to a sub form which was in a different language which there is only a handful of people that understand that certain language.
