I was thinking of changing the interface of the route advisor, is there anyway if it is allowed in truckersmp and if yes how do I get through this?

You're not able to use any mods like that in multiplayer unfortunately.

You can look in the forum section at Save Editing, what is allowed and what not for be sure i would read them before edit your truck/trailer and afterwards you get banned for something you was not aware of it :/
