Popular Post wpx_ Posted July 26, 2018 Popular Post Posted July 26, 2018 Suggestion Name: New command "/mute" Suggestion Description: The command will allow the player mute the chooses player. For example: /mute 1024 and the player is from now muted. I know You gonna say just use [TAB] and search the player on change the CB radio but if You for example on the most popular C-D road, it's some times difficult because they are 140 players in Your range and searching for these one guy is sometimes difficult when You are driving with a truck. Everyone knows the problem, most they are saying "shut up" or else because it's easier... Any example images: I will give a example of the problem: https://youtu.be/5VQ7_Iu4bF4 and if You can see i can't concentrate because i'm looking for this guy to mute him and the same time there is a vehicle riding straight on me. Why should it be added?: This will make our life easier. 3 43 1 "You seemed like the ,,veteran” that knows everything. Not like a war veteran, just a guy that was long enough to know how it works"

AshlynsGaming Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 +1 this will help with overpopulated areas but in my opinion i think its easier to mute someone on the tab. Stay happy and safe
Dziada Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Muting someone on tab is a pain, especially driving with a mouse as you cannot steer (can't remember how it is on keyboard ). /mute would be a good thing as it would make things easier for everyone. 2
cammue Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 +1 if additionally an 'unmute' command is available 2 2
AussomeGaming Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 +1 that's a very good suggestion It will be it easier and safer especially while you're driving. Kind Regards, StreamingAussie - Veteran Driver III Driver for Courtz Carriers (April 24 2019) TruckersMP l Steam l Twitch l World of Trucks

keysersoze16 Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 A very good idea, There are a few times when people get a bit too loud or play music but this is only a few times but just to have the option is always handy.
Guest Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 you need to use this command in chat and so you cant use it while driving. +2 if black screen is removed in chat so that we can drive and use any command on the go without stopping (if you are using steering wheel or mouse steering)

If You're using the steering wheel can You easily use the chat. "You seemed like the ,,veteran” that knows everything. Not like a war veteran, just a guy that was long enough to know how it works"

KasperE Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 +1 Would be very nice in populated areas! Read the Rules - Report a Player - Appeal a Ban - Contact Support
SMURFY. Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 +1 Nice idea that would be more convenient while driving, particularly in densely populated areas, e.g. C-D.
Interstate Nomad Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 And please implement an indicator which users are muted (e.g. a crossed out loudspeaker symbol and/ or a greyed out username/ ID).

Not bad idea, or a /muted command or something like that. "You seemed like the ,,veteran” that knows everything. Not like a war veteran, just a guy that was long enough to know how it works"
Glada_Laxen Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 I'm very much for this suggestion. I've been forced to turn off voice chat completely because of the constant loud mic spam.
Rene Sneipa [GER] Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 Its only a command, might be for a lot of people very helpful. The basic future is already there so why not. Nice suggestion! +1
Guest Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 changes to the cb voice chat are needed player needed to control the cb voice chat with there keyboard not just in game so players can use there keyboard to turn the cb on or off turn the voice volume up or down or just mute the cb chat voice with there keyboard by holding tap & c turns the cb on or off holding tap & m will mute on or off & holding tap & using - or + will turn the cb voice chat volume up or down

It could also be implemented into the nearby players tab in addition, i.e clicking on a speaker icon next to players to mute as well as unmute, whilst also having the command as an option 2
CptAir Posted August 23, 2018 Posted August 23, 2018 +1. Way easier than searching for a name in the list. Especially when in crowded areas.
