Hello @CosminBLN,

In this regard, you should:
1. Use the most reliable drivers.
2. Apply the settings in the photo.
2.1.

3. If you enter the game by turning off antivirus and unnecessary programs, the game is a little more relaxed.
4. With the changes you can make from ETS2 "Settings", you can alleviate the game with a little bit. (Engine sound, etc. sounds) can be turned off to gain a more fluid gaming experience.
5. Razer Cortex Booster, you can try.

Thank you, good games.
Best regards..

Do you tried it already on other servers to be sure its just on eu 2?

I would suggest running an internet test at speedtest.net to find out the health of your internet connection. Just because you have great ping doesn't mean your sending/receiving network traffic.

but on eu3 it's working.

EDIT:I'm from Belgium.

1.Open up your Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del on keyboard and see if there are some updating services running in the background processes
2. Disable any unwanted programs you dont want running and hogging internet

reset your computers modem.

step 1. launch command prompt as administrator

step 2. type ipconfig /release

step 3. type ipconfig /renew

step 4. reboot your computer.

if that doesn't work.

access your router settings (access info is usually located in the manual or on the bottom of the router)

once in your router settings, find your DMZ (demilitarized zone) find out the i.p of your computer

you can find this by searching command prompt on your computer, run it as an administrator. type in ipconfig, find your computers modem and find the ipv4 address. type that into the DMZ on your router. reboot the router and your computer. try again
