Have you tried removing/adding the beta versions in your steam?

 

Euro Truck Simulator 2:

Steam> Library> Games> ETS2> Right clic> Properties> Betas> And select: None-Exit all beta versions.

 

American Truck Simulator:

Steam> Library> Games> ATS> Right clic> Properties> Betas> And select: Temporary_1_29 - 1.29.1.1 for incompatible mods.

if you want to play online you must select the update "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs".
Please, follow these steps:
1) Go to your Steam library
2) Right click on your game Euro Truck Simulator 2
3) Click on "Property"
4) Click on "Betas"
5) Select "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs"

In most cases, the problem is caused by the fact that the folder for the game is incorrectly specified. This can happen after you have reinstalled the operating system or Steam. First of all, you should make sure that the problem is caused by this. To make sure of this, you must do the following:

 

STEP 1

• 1. Open Steam, go to LIBRARY -> GAMES

• 2. Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open Properties

• 3. After the Properties window has opened click LOCAL FILES tab and press BROWSE LOCAL FILSES

• 4. Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2"

• 1. Copy the folder address from STEP 1
• 2. Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address)

Do you saw some Download after you tried to Patch it to -> None of Betas?

If not please try it again and restart your Steam.

 

Please follow this Steps if you still have the Problem with

the Patch. (Try Solution 3.)
