Kicked for driving without headlights (DAYTIME)

i keep getting a 10 second warning for driving without headlights at daytime in game, 3pm gametime, it it very light, no fog no poor visibility etc so i if those rules are trying to be enforced i am beein kicked for false pretences and its getting very annoying especially considering i am trying to stream but have to keep restarting the game, i even turned on the lights to low beam but still got kicked

Not a bug.. The new rules https://truckersmp.com/rules state the new times

Ping - If your ping is over 600ms to the server, you will be disconnected from the server in order to avoid desync issues for others. This ping check is taken as an average.

Double Trailers (ETS2) - Doubles are only allowed inside the Scandinavia DLC. Taking them outside will cause the server to kick you.

Headlights - Headlights must always be on between the hours of 16:00 (4pm) - 07:00 (7am)

Make sure you have lights on to avoid being kicked. It's as simple as that.

This is caused by the winter mod! Other users can see the players better!

The best way if you forgot to turn on your Lights at ATS because of the Time, just

give a look over your Chat because like you wrote you get the red Message if you see

it just turn your Lights on and you can´t get kicked from the System.
