Can not log into my TMP profile

Hi dear,

There may be more than one reason for this.

1- Make sure you write the information correctly.

2- Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer and American Truck Simulator Multiplayer must be installed where steam is installed.Setup directory for Ets2 "D:/Steam/SteamApps/Commons/EuroTruckSimulator2" For ATS "D:/Steam/SteamApps/Commons/American Truck Simulator"

3- You shouldn't use different characters in your password.Like dotted letters,icons,emoji.Recommended that you use regular characters.

5- The e-mail you signed with TruckersMP must be the same as steam email.

7- You can try resetting to password.Write your email address related with your account. "https://truckersmp.com/auth/password/reset " "https://i.hizliresim.com/5G34nR.png" and dont forget to check the spam and unnecessary folder.

Dear @mazimstfa, please try to reset your password via email here: https://truckersmp.com/auth/password/reset. The most common cause for this issue is a wrong email linked with your account. If you don't get the email with the new password, you have linked a wrong email to your TMP-account or have used the wrong email for your login-attempts. If that's the case, please open a support ticket here: https://support.truckersmp.com/.
