Can not log into my TMP profile

Question

when I came on the main screen multiplayer password in the password section gives an error found such an e-mail password, but the system can not log in to the right you help me

Hello, please make sure to use your right email and password, if it comes up it the password is incorrect please reset it at http://TruckersMP.com if that doesn’t work please create a support ticket at http://support.truckersmp.com

Double check your email, write password into Notepad, copy and paste it into password field. If you're using ETS2 while it's being shared it won't work.

There may be more than one reason for this.

1- Make sure you write the information correctly.

2- Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer and American Truck Simulator Multiplayer must be installed where steam is installed.Setup directory for Ets2 "D:/Steam/SteamApps/Commons/EuroTruckSimulator2" For ATS "D:/Steam/SteamApps/Commons/American Truck Simulator"

3- You shouldn't use different characters in your password.Like dotted letters,icons,emoji.Recommended that you use regular characters.

4- You can create support ticket. "https://i.hizliresim.com/LOX2D1.png" This link about your issue "https://support.truckersmp.com/index.php?a=add&category=1"

5- The e-mail you signed with TruckersMP must be the same as steam email.

6-You must activate your account. "https://truckersmp.com/auth/register" "https://i.hizliresim.com/o6a2ym.png"

7- You can try resetting to password.Write your email address related with your account. "https://truckersmp.com/auth/password/reset " "https://i.hizliresim.com/5G34nR.png" and dont forget to check the spam and unnecessary folder.

Dear @mazimstfa, please try to reset your password via email here: https://truckersmp.com/auth/password/reset. The most common cause for this issue is a wrong email linked with your account. If you don't get the email with the new password, you have linked a wrong email to your TMP-account or have used the wrong email for your login-attempts.
