If you get kicked because of ping delete your TruckersMP Multiplayer App from your Desktop and then download it once again. Ive had this problem in the past as I live in the US but I play in European servers. If the same issue keeps happening then restart your router or modem that should for sure fix it. - Syfer

Hi Dear @SamuelYT

Your ping issue is your own issue and nothing TruckersMP related.:D  The best thing I can suggest to lower your ping is to make sure nobody else is downloading/uploading anything or streaming because these will increase your ping.

Or

step 1: click on windows search program and type "cmd" enter

step 2: once you're in, type "netsh winsock reset catalog" enter

step 3: type "netsh int ip reset.log hit" enter

step 4: restart your computer

Reset your network adapator

This page will guide you through what you need to do and explains for different Windows operating systems as you scroll down.

You type

·         netsh int ip reset reset.txt

·         netsh winsock reset

·         netsh advfirewall reset

In to a DOS window (Comand Prompt). (in order)

Reset your modem.^

Hello @SamuelYT

Please can you reinstall both truckersmp and ETS2/ATS.

Please can you Open port 42850 on your router.

This issue is most likely due to your ISP.

Please also make sure you don't have any other network heavy applications running in the background

Does this work?

Start by restarting your router. If this doesn't help make sure you have all other connected devices to your network disconnected and try to play with cable if you are over Wi-Fi. If you keep having connection problems try to open the specific ports: 42860, 49200, 42890. Also set Google DNS, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
