Ets2 VPN not entered

I can not login to the server without using a VPN. There is no any blocking on the internet. 
Error message;
[20:51:26] Connecting to Europe #2 server..
[20:51:33] Cannot connect to server, it may be caused by your internet connection issues.
[20:51:33] You will be automatically reconnected within next 10 seconds..

Is this only on ETS2MP or does it happen for other multiplayer games? 

 

One of my mates had this issue before and I think he fixed it, I've sent him a message and when he replies I'll see what he says. He had to use a VPN to get on multiplayer games because his apartment internet blocked UDP ports (I think, can't remember correctly) 

 

EDIT: Got a reply. He said that gaming didn't work for him because he was using forced using UDP. Connecting to a TCP VPN fixed that which appears to be similar to what is happening in your case. If you can, Find a UDP VPN and see if the problem occurs, if it does then theres your issue and you might want to consider changing over to TCP. It might not be the solution, but just a tip.

Is that the only server that does this or is it all of the servers?

Probably your ports are blocking the ports that the servers use, to simplify open this set your NAT Type on open, (search on google how to do it, as it is different for every single provider)
