First of all, welcome to TruckersMP Forums and also thanks for using TMP in case to solve your issue as soon as possible.

Regarding your issue it seems for me like you're getting a fatal error, as it usually appears after 5-10 minutes.

 

If you have thus kind of issue please do a following: 

 

Solution 1:

Have you tried to verify your game?

> Go to Steam Library
> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
> Properties
> Local Files
> Verify Integrity of Game Files

Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs.

 

Solution 2:

1. Right click ETS 2 in steam

2. Select 'Launch with OpenGL'

3. Let the game run and try going into game.

4. Exit the game and go back to steam, right click ETS 2 again but this time select 'Launch with DirectX (64-Bit)

5. Again go into game and then exit.

6. Start TruckersMP up and see if the game stops crashing

 

 

If it did not work, then I recommend you re-install TruckersMP Launcher with these steps: 

 

Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) 

Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

 

 

 

After installing process, please click on TruckersMP Launcher icon on your desktop and launch it as administrator (right click - run as administrator)

Hi, if you mean your game seems like it freezes after the ETS2 intro logo, but eventually loads after 5 - 10 minutes, you can try following this guide, and it should fix your problem.
 

 

If your issue is something else, please try to explain in more detail.

EN: Hello, normally this situation is caused by the save file. Loading of the game may be delayed due to the density of many contents in the save file.
I think you are using the save file you downloaded from the internet, since its content is multidimensional, such situations may arise. I think changing the registry file will fix the problem.

İnternetten indirdiğiniz herhangi bir save dosyasını kullandığınızı düşünüyorum, içerikleri çok boyutlu olduğu için bu tür durumlar yaşanabilir. Save dosyasını değiştirmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Hi Jettir, without details it is hard to pin point the exact cause of the issue. 

However, if I am to go off the most common problem and solution:
Is the game installed on a physical hard drive (HDD)? If you have a solid state (SSD) or are able to upgrade to one, this will significantly improve load times. SATA based SSD's provide a good boost in speed over a standard hard drive, however, if within your budget, NVME M.2 based SSDs are the way to go. They provide a huge boost over hard drives, and depending on rest of your hardware can provide a noticeable boost even compared to a SATA SSD. This is almost always also help reduce stutter when game loads new resources as you travel/drive in the game world.

There are other possible issues causing this though. Are you able to provide your system specs? Also if you are able to, please provide us with a fresh game log?
If default installation settings were used, the log can be found by going to your user documents, then go into the 'Euro Truck Simulator 2' folder. You will see a bunch of game folders inside. Scroll down until you see just files and look for one called 'game.log.txt' and delete it. Now launch ETS 2 and exit after loaded. This will generate a fresh log file that you can give us.
