Bonjour, je suis nouveau joueur et j’ai quelque question concernant vtmlive Comment se passe les salaires des employés sur Vtm ? Je veux dire est-ce que c'est juste du pure RP ou bien le salaire est directement versé virtuellement au chauffeur dans le jeu ? Est si c'est le cas c'est mensuel in game ? Merci à celui celle où ceux qui sauront me répondre !

Bonjour tout le monde, je me tourne vers vous car j'ai tenté de créer un VTC, malheureusement lorsque j'ai finis de remplir toutes les infos, au moment de valider j'ai un code d'erreur qui est apparu. Du coup je me suis dit que j'avais oublié quelque chose, et en voulant recommencer maintenant le site me dis que je ne peux avoir qu'un seul VTC. Hors je ne trouve ni celui que j'ai créé dans la recherche, ni la page du supposé VTC dans lequel je "suis". Quelqu'un pourrai m'aider svp? Merci à vous

Mistakes of setting up a VTC Many people are interested in setting up a VTC of their own and want their VTC to become popular in some degree. It's common that people jump ahead of themselves when setting up a VTC of their own and sometimes their ideas are ahead of the necessities they need which can negatively impact the VTC both short term and long term. I will go through some of the mistakes made when setting up a VTC. 1. Buying what they don't need. It's easy for people to get ahead of themselves in the start, and will set up unnecessary materials. These include: Websites - Website are a great material to use for your VTC, however they cost money to keep up. When starting out, a website is not vital to promoting your VTC however it can be useful long term. Do not commit to buying a website host at these early stages. Domains - When people first make their VTC, they want to keep it their own and will buy a domain. Although domains are not entirely expensive, they are also not really needed when starting your VTC. A domain is the name that appears on a web link and can be connected to a company email system e.g. (www.[ComanyName].com) and (help@[CompanyName].com) These make your company look more professional and although that's what you may want, it will not impact your first stages of recruitment. Logo - Although some people can make their own logo, others may look elsewhere for a logo and will sometimes pay for a logo. This is not a good investment for your VTC. Your company is starting off, meaning that things will change through the process and a lot of the time, logo's and names will be changed at the beginning. Keep a simple, free logo and if you want to change it, you don't have to worry about wasting the money you spent. Trade-Mark - It's normal for people to want to keep what they make, however you do not need to trademark the company name in the start. Similar to the logo point, people will change their mind on the name of their VTC and even if you are dedicated to that name, there is always a chance that you may prefer another name. Let your VTC expand and improve before you pay for a trademark. All of these materials are great to have for your company and I would suggest investing in them, but don't splash your cash in the early stages. 2. Recruitment Recruitment is the front line of any VTC. The way you recruit will determine the successful of your VTC and the people you have in your company. Take these notes to your advantage and don't stay blind to recruitment. Don't expect people to join immediately - Although this may sound very basic and obvious, it's easy for you to forget about this. As soon as you have made your VTC, all you want now is for people to join, and this is how VTC's reach their end. Instead of wanting people to join, you need to be think of 'how am I going to get people to join'. This can be a challenge sometimes but you build a baseline of your recruitment, so how are they going to apply, what is needed for them to apply, what materials can I use to get it out there. Don't push recruitment on people - When recruitment, all you are thinking about is getting people to join, and this can blind you from why people join. The last think you want to do in a recruitment sense, is force it on people. By force it on people, I am talking about heckling. Don't make people join and stay approachable, people want a friendly experience in a VTC so make recruitment more human. This means that you see the player as the player and not a number. Don't start recruitment without a foundation - The last thing you want to happen, is for people to join, and not know what to do next. You need materials available for players, a place where the community will communicate and chat. A great example to use, would be Discord. This is a great platform that enables you to make announcements, get the community involved and communicate to your members. Always have a goal - Even when you get the members, you may loose people and recruitment will fall. The best way to deter this, is to have company goals, both for the whole company and individual members. This may include making a rank structure (the more you do, the higher you go), having convoys (keeping the community active). The main point, is to always have something for members to do / reach. All of these points will help you successfully build your VTC and although there are many more mistakes people make, these are the mistakes which will impact you most when first starting. The rest are learning curves and a chance for you to improve your VTC.

Hello, 11 days ago I created a feedback ticket to get VTC VALIDATION. I was asking some owners of other VTC's after what time they got their validation. Answers was about 4-7 days. Is there a problems or a big traffic right now with VTC's? Or a response deadzone? Or maybe my ticket is hidden? I'm waiting, but I just want to make sure someone will answer it. Hi, I was wondering what the required activity is for having a VTC. In the rules section 3.1 states that you need to have a VTC if you want to create a VTC (see quote below) but I'm not entirely sure what the exact requirements for it are. I would love to make a VTC for a few friends and family to join so we can have a nice experience as if we made our own company. Since the wording reads a little vague to me I'm not entirely sure if my situation would be acceptable, the specific questions I have regarding this are the following. - Are you required to actively promote or recruit for your VTC? - Do you need to have an active history in-game? will your VTC get removed if there has been an inactive period? - Is there a minimum size your VTC needs to be? - Is a website or socials required? Reading the rules I've already established this VTC will most likely not be eligible for validation or verification but I couldn't find the answers about simply starting a VTC. For example: I don't really have an example on the subject, but I would like to explain in the description what I mean and how I imagine it could work. Suggestion Name: Link VTC system with game server Suggestion Description: My proposal is to connect the VTC system to the game server with a job tracker. I know it all sounds very complicated. I think you can bring a job tracker into the game in which the VTCs can be managed as well as on the website. You could add your drivers with the TMP ID to the VTC and unlock ingame trailer skins, tag etc. In this tracker, only the VTC owner or the people selected by him can add and remove someone. You could also introduce a system on the website where you can see every month which VTC has driven the most kilometres. Any example images: / Why should it be added?: It should be added, because in my eyes it is still missing in the game or in TMP. With this system you could bring a lot of new things into the game or make it possible for the VTCs which are not possible yet, like for example: an own trailer, or the VTC logo next to the player name (another suggestion of mine). In addition, you could see on the website which VTC has driven how many kilometres per month. Suggestion Name: Adding Verified VTC Leader Rank to the Game Suggestion Description: Being a Verified VTC is hard work and VTC leaders put a lot of work into it. Accordingly, the "Verified VTC Leader" rank, which can appear in a different color in the game and in the profile, can be added. Any example images: Why should it be added?: There is already a forum, but it might be better if it appears in the game. I think that the forum is not enough for the people who have succeeded in this work and that it may seem privileged in the game. Also, if this topic is made, it will be liked by Verified VTC leaders.

Hola, he visto que muchas vtc usan skins personales porque incluso en sus cajas llevan su propio logo, me gustaría aprender y saber como lo hacen porque, trate de meter un skin mod para los camiones de la base scs y pues no ha funcionado, me gustaría saberlo ya que así podríamos abrir algo bastante grande a toda la comunidad, y si no es posible aun, me gustaría recomendarles que no seria mala idea que crearan un motor para el uso de las skin mod locales uwu, Buen dia

Go people who wanna just post stuff for Convoys and or there Team and can't really put 500 words for that so gotta just put random stuff in just to post which is irritating. Criei a minha Company recentemente, estava tentando fazer um post e por imagens, porém o editor vem sem nada que me possibilite inserir a imagem, alguma dica? Percebi também que algumas empresa tem uma parte de galeria, não estou conseguindo localizar isso no menu também. desde já obrigado e no aguardo.

Good day, I have created a VTC a few weeks ago and when people want to join it, they can't find a button to apply. I have linked my VTC Discord Server, but even when they join there they don't vet added to the members list in TMP. How can I get them added to the member list of my VTC and how do they apply? Thank you in advance

Wouldn't it be a good idea, if VTC owners were allowed to have a trailer skin for the vtc that the players of that vtc could use but only activated when used though truck books but also only applies to a certain number of players in the VTC
