Suggestion Name: An editing suggestion regarding the profile section Suggestion Description: Hello, dear developers, I recently took an action to connect the new discord instead of the old one via Truckersmp.com, but as a result I was not successful in connecting it because I could not remove the old account connection. In fact, I saw something like a checkbox below to remove it, but I could not figure out what to do with it. Ultimately, I got help from someone. I had to and I learned that in order to remove the account, we had to tick the checkbox and press the save button. In fact, as a software developer, I would like to point out that I do not find this approach very logical because it confuses the users. Instead, you can add a button to remove the link. However, when the button is pressed, a popup will ask for confirmation from the user. If it is approved, the account will be removed. If it is not approved, it will continue to stand still. With this, we improve the user experience. A small addition, you may want to change this as well, add the @ sign at the beginning instead of the #0 sign at the end. Any example images: Why it should be added: All of these need to be done because under current usage conditions, UX is inadequate and causes confusion. With these, we can provide users with a better UX experience.

I recently submitted a feedback ticket to the Game Moderation Management section as I have been perm banned, I submitted a ban appeal prior to the ticket, however the admin responding said that it was up to the game management to unban anybody for "ban evading" from my understanding. As my brothers and I share a computer, but all have three of us have different TruckersMP accounts, one of my brothers was banned but none of us went onto a server during that ban period, however we all got banned anyway. I submitted the feedback ticket almost three full days ago as of now, I know these tickets can sometimes get backed up, but is there any normal time period for these tickets to be responded to/estimate on when I could see a response/is the system currently backed up with an overflow of tickets? In my past of dealing with TruckersMP, ban appeals and regular support tickets have taken only around 24 hours or less for each one to be responded to.

Hello dear TruckersMP Community, I got an undeserved ban and the ban appeal I've created got closed because the Game Moderator did not handle it right. So I've created a feedback https://truckersmp.com/feedback/view/22338 But it got ignored by weeks, that's frustrating as I would like to participate into the truck race and apply to the Support. Also I can't create a new one. I hope this post will be handled by the Game Moderators correctly. Best regards, LegalThings

Suggestion Name: Feedback Possibility/change... ( name doesnt fit too much ... but it just as exemple )...as long we understand the idea below... Suggestion Description: Be able to make (2) different feedback at the same time.... Any example images: https://imgur.com/OGCiigY ( when trying to open up a second feedback ticket )... Why should it be added?: because if i want/need to feedback a decisions/actions made by an trial game mod / Game Mod / Staff.. etc... at the same time i cant ( *Exemple* ) making a ban appeal ..... ( refer to the imgur picture ) .... or i cant make 2 different feedback... wich i found really annoying.. i think a limit of 2 per persons could be possible... YES it will increase ( by 50% +/- avrg ) the answer time given by the upper staff.... and it normal. But it would be at the same time more adapted for me ( or other users .... ) i just want to throw the idea/suggestion... and i am looking to see if someone else have the same or similar issue that i have currently... Suggestion Name: Appeal Against Suggestion Description: Instead of using https://truckersmp.com/feedback, you will be interested in the admin who directly decides using this system and will decide again. And admin will make a comeback after thinking again. Browser: Microsoft Edge or any browser, I assume Screenshots/ Videos: What about text? Hi there, I trust you are doing splendidly and enjoying the season. I hereby ask you kindly to forward this message to the ones responsible with your website maintenance, as this might be a bug or your policies are broken. I currently have a feedback ticket opened. This ticket was created on 21.11.2018. The Upper Staff replied on 25.11.2018 and I immediately replied again, 25.11.2018. Then the Upper Staff replied on 29.11.2018 and let me know that: "This feedback ticket will be marked as Finished in 48 hours from this comment if no further comment is made". This instance did not happen when it was appointed to (i.e. "Finished in 48 hours from this comment"); instead, it happened on 04.12.2018. From 29.11.2018 to 04.12.2018 the time period is far greater than the 48 hours mentioned. Even more, this information, that the ticket is now finished, came in form of a reply from the Upper Staff, not as a no-reply automatic message as it should be. In this last reply, I'm informed that "In case you don't reply after one week, this ticket will be automatically Closed." Today, 05.12.2018, I urgently need to create another feedback ticket, but hitting the button "New Feedback" returned with the message: "You have created a Feedback less than 3 days ago. You must wait 3 days before creating a new one." or this is not true, because my ticket was created on 21.11.2018, 14 days ago. I also have a distinctive feeling that I will not be able to create a new ticket unless the current one is closed, or this procedure will take a ridiculous amount of time: my last reply was on 25.11; Upper Staff reply should have been on 29.11 - but instead, it bugged the ticket on 04.12. with a new reply instead of a no-reply automatic message of finishing the ticket. Thus, I am supposed to wait from 29.11 (last genuine reply) or 25.11 (my last reply) to 12.12 or this is unacceptable. The 48 hours were actually 5 days and now I have 1 entire week to wait more "In case you don't reply after one week, this ticket will be automatically Closed." This policy of double-marking the ticket - finished and closed - is taking too long for no reason. The 48 hours after the last reply should be the deadline of the ticket and then the ticket should get automatically closed by a robot. Being able to send 1 feedback ticket in 20 days (22.11-12.12) gives me the impression that you don't actually want any feedback to be sent. This thread here itself was meant to be a feedback ticket, but there is no chance to create one, especially since there is another urgent business to be reported via the feedback system. Hello, I asked to the staff in the Feedback if a can be unban because the ban appeal didn't work for me, but I did the feedback the 16 July and now it is the 23, i don't know the system, is it normal to wait all this time because of the heavy work ? Did i something wrong and the feedback doesn't appear to you ? That's the first time i use the Feedback so i really know nothing Thank you all for your help ! And have a nice game

So I've just used the new feedback ticketing system on the website. Not particularly pleased. I submitted my initial feedback which was then passed to the necessary person. they give it an answer but it wasn't the most satisfactory answer. They mark the ticket closed. which means I can't reply any further? Where do I go from here? as I have more to say about the issue but I've been closed down. Nothing will go anywhere if people are raising issues and their ticket is being closed prematurely. Whats the next step? do I open another ticket or am I just meant to leave it? Do I PM higher staff. To me, the ticket is unresolved and shouldn't have been closed. Just because someone answers the ticket doesn't mean they can just close the ticket. Suggestions on what I should do now.
