I recently submitted a feedback ticket to the Game Moderation Management section as I have been perm banned, I submitted a ban appeal prior to the ticket, however the admin responding said that it was up to the game management to unban anybody for "ban evading" from my understanding. As my brothers and I share a computer, but all have three of us have different TruckersMP accounts, one of my brothers was banned but none of us went onto a server during that ban period, however we all got banned anyway.   4. Hello dear TruckersMP Community, I got an undeserved ban and the ban appeal I've created got closed because the Game Moderator did not handle it right. Hello, I asked to the staff in the Feedback if a can be unban because the ban appeal didn't work for me, but I did the feedback the 16 July and now it is the 23, i don't know the system, is it normal to wait all this time because of the heavy work ?   13. So I've just used the new feedback ticketing system on the website. Not particularly pleased. I submitted my initial feedback which was then passed to the necessary person. they give it an answer but it wasn't the most satisfactory answer. They mark the ticket closed. which means I can't reply any further? Where do I go from here? as I have more to say about the issue but I've been closed down.
