    I see on the TruckersMP website you changed your name. The forum mirrors your TMP account so to fully complete the name change on the forum you need to completely log out of the forums and log in again.

    Hoe maak je een ban appeal?

     

    Hallo allemaal! In deze topic ga ik jullie uitleggen hoe je een ban appeal maakt en verstuurd.

    Volg het stappenplan om een ban appeal te maken.

    Let op: Als je misbruik maakt van ons systeem, kan toegang ontnomen worden!

     

    1. Ga naar TruckersMP.com en selecteer rechts-boven 'Login'

    2. Gebruik dezelfde informatie als je TruckersMP account om in te loggen

    3. Selecteer 'My account', en selecteer daarna 'Appeal ban'

    4. Op deze pagina vind je jouw bans. Als je een ban hebt, kun je een appeal maken door 'Appeal this ban' te selecteren

    5. Leg vervolgens uit waarom jij denkt dat je geunbanned zou moeten worden. Als je klaar bent, selecteer dan 'Submit appeal'.

    Wacht geduldig op een Admin. Spammen is verboden en je komt er niet verder mee.

    Opmerking: Als je niet verbannen bent, kan je ook geen appeal maken. Denk dus niet dat jij niet bij het systeem kan komen!

    Dat was het! Je appeal word zo snel mogelijk nagekeken. Heb alsjeblieft geduld, onze Admins zijn ook mensen.

    As the ticket is written in English we would put this into English help. If it was in Russian we would place it in Russian Help

    You should ask your friend to contact the support team at https://truckersmp.com/support as this involves account details. Support is able to change the email address and also reset the password but your friend will need to contact support for this.

    Try a complete reinstall of the launcher?

    1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
    2. Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
    3. Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
    4. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named 
    "TruckersMP Launcher"
    5. Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with 
    admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
    6. Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install 
    Available Updates"

  7. Dear @metingoker,

    This issue might be caused also by a corrupted steam_api.dll
    In order to fix this,  follow the instructions below:

    Please head over to the installation folder of Euro Truck Simulator 2 on Steam ( for ex: X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin )
    and delete the bin folder.
    Verify integrity of game cache for Euro Truck Simulator 2 [ Go to Steam - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Properties - Local Files - Verify integrity of game cache ]
    Wait for the process to finish.
    Start TruckersMP and try to login.

  8. @ContainerKakkerlak, You can actually send the evidence to the admin that banned him to have it added to his ban. 

    Just look on the perpetrators TruckersMP account and it will tell you which admin banned him, from there just PM the admin with the evidence and they will decide whether to add it or not.

    However, in the meantime I will mark this post resolved for you as the original question was answered. Good luck!
