There is never an "ETA". As the developers at TruckersMP work on this mod in their free-time.

On average the updates depending on how big they are take a few days; since this is a large update I would imagine it will take some time.

Should you be impatient enough to wait there's plenty to do in single-player, downgraded multiplayer versions or play other games in the meantime.
