As long as you have the evidence and it's within the 7 day reporting timeframe, you can submit a feedback ticket and get deleted accounts ban that way.

One day, i had evidence and went to make the web report. When i entered the id, their account was deleted. I made a feedback ticket and the admin still enforced the process and issued a ban. Idk if they used connection info to ban deleted accounts. Either way, that's how you ban evaders.

To answer your question, when SCS revamps Calais. It's one of their last remaining Germany cities to update.

1. It's not about thinking about every report. It's about reporting those who want to be problematic for the drive.
2. Because, it's about the journey. Not the destination. Why does everyone go down CD Road daily? Not because of the destination. Because of the journey.
3. (And 5).They tell us why when they decline it lol. Some aren't the ideal outcome but it is their decision and i don't press it any further. Unless, there's a loose end. Which rarely ever happens.
4. Those who do every minor infraction, the things that are declined, are the ones who made the report system Heavy in the past and they got punished with having 1 report slot. Now we have low levels for real reports.

Here's why it won't be increasing:

Reports had no limit before the moderation change. This lead to longer response times and a bunch of useless reports being made for every little infraction, instead of the major things.

4.2 exists because those things aren't to be discussed in the eyes of the public. Instead, you need to create a feedback ticket to discuss it there.

Unless they have a very dumb rule that restricts other games from being posted, you are allowed to post pictures. Typically, it's "Other Games" or an "Off Topic" area. As long as they are your own pics and not stolen from someone else.

The web report system won't let you submit the report without a valid video link. I use "Open Broadcaster Software", or OBS for short.

After my sig update, i removed them. But i do have them saved. Let me know if there's any you're looking for.

Next time i update my sig, i'll be sure not to boast about it. Can't even encourage hope these days.

When is Staff going to post the reasoning for limiting everyone's report limit to 10? It's been a few days and i don't see anything new about it on the forum.
