The best options are Youtube and Plays.tv. Although, you may use another host website but make sure that the website has a video player and the admins don't need to download the evidence. Still i cannot guarantee they will still watch it because all 3 website that you gave us are unknown for European people so you better stick with the 2 above so you don't get your reports declined. -
Can you update your game to 1.27 (latest version) and then use your old profile? Don't downgrade the game. I think the game can use older proflles. For ex 1.27 game version to 1.26 save should work, but 1.27 game version to 1.28 does not work. In general the save should be 1 version lower than the game version.

You need to scroll down and find your older saves because 1.28 saves are not compatible with 1.27. You should aware that kind of problems when you switch between beta versions.

I've said it before and i will say it again. The amount of posts you might have is the least necessary requirement of the recruitment process. If you don't make useful post and you just farm like there is no tomorrow you just lower your chances and also you risk your profile to get Warning Points.
