Is there anything else you want to ask? As said above, mods are disabled when you open the multiplayer launcher.

tl;dr: Your game is freezing every 5-10 minutes because of the auto save. The easiest and quickest fix is 1.Install the game on a SSD 2.Sell every truck and driver you have. That's a 80% fix for this problem. The rest is how fast is your HDD (if you are not using a SSD) and depending how good are your PC specs.

Not a multiplayer problem. After SCS added double trailers physics on trailers and trucks have changed a lot so we can't help you here. If you have that kind of problems please play the game without any weight mods. Moved to un-solved.

I don't know if this topic is meant to stay open. But you haven't told us your PC specs and mostly which GPU you are using. If you can't find a fix you can just disable rain from the game options

When you first made your account you received a mail for verification, by clicking the activation link it should activate your account. If you have lost it, you can't activate it but it doesn't matter because it doesn't restrict you anywhere.

Start with the basic steps, Uninstall the launcher, delete any leftovers from C:\Program Files\TruckersMP Launcher Delete the folder from C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP Re-install the launcher and run it as admin. Are you using Windows 7 by any chance?

Are you using any injector when you play games (FPS counter cpu/gpu stats) etc?

What's your operating system? Are you using 64bit? How is it possible not be able to run the game in 2 different PCs? You must be doing something wrong. Crash logs can be found in Documents\ETS2MP & Euro Truck Simulator 2. There aren't any specific jobs which counts towards multiplayer. Every job works on multiplayer, like i said previously you need to pick jobs when you are playing in multiplayer, don't take a job for single player then load into multiplayer.
