Finally managed to get it downloaded late last night (Eastern Time). When I got home it was downloading at 19 kb/s. The farthest it went up was to 100 kb/s. Let's hope it downloaded completely when I try it today.

This has made my day indeed...

Definitely something I would like to see as well, more urban areas, less forest all the time.

Okay, so tried again tonight and no issue. Seems like the problem fixed itself.

It's now within a spoiler. As for your suggestion, I don't believe so since I was driving at around 10 pm EST and that time there were only about 500 truckers in the whole game. I will try again today and if it crashes I will try in single player.
