      Are you talking about rank like "Driver" or about the rank like "3T Young Seedlings"?

       

      Your driver rank is based on how long you are part of the community. After one year it will change to veteran driver.

      The other rank (in your case "No Cargo") is based of the amount of your content.

      Here's a topic which clarifies how many posts you need in order for your rank to change

      Also there's the rank that is based off of your community reputation (in your case "Truck?").

      People are probably venturing into Promods nowadays. I'd also blame it on the Genoa Bridge Event, despite it being over, a lot of traffic has been drawn elsewhere. :D
