Hello @_sneaht_0810, It clearly tells you below with red letters fix the below errors and try again That you already have a FeedBack Ticket and you will have to finish that one first before re-opening another one. Salutare, imi pare rau sa aud ca va da kick serverul cand intrati pe el. dar am niste solutii care probabil va, va ajuta. Va sugerez sa nu va teleportati/intrati in joc in zonele foarte populate care au peste 15+ playeri(bine depinde si de calculator) dar e mai bine sa le evitati (calais/duisburg/paris/lille/...etc ) ca va da aceasta eroare "unreliable connection" Va astept raspunsul cu stima, MightyPower TruckersMP - Echipa Support

Greetings bud, This problem usually occurs when you forget to edit some stuff in your cfg, to fix the problem follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to Documents:/Euro Truck Simulator 2 2) Find and Open config.cfg 3) Press CTRL+F 4) type "g_save_format" (without the brackets) 5) change the value from "0" to "2" 6) Open Steam 7) Go to Steam Library 8 ) Press on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and press PLAY 9) Enter the game and make a new save 10) alt+tab from your game and try to save edit then by using the files your colleagues has provided you in the above comments( I recommend SII_Decrypt) Kind Regards, MightyPower TruckersMP - Support

Dear Simulator Experiencer, I am sorry that you are unable to launch TruckersMP. Please try the following steps to see if they can help resolve your issue; Firstly start by restarting your PC and running the launcher as administrator. If that doesn't work, please try the following steps. 1.) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard 2.) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) 3.) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. 4.) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" 5.) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ 6.) Hello Katkon, Firstly, I want to thank you for creating a ticket on our forums This problem is caused by the new sound engine, F-MOD which was first introduced in 1.37 game version. For the moment, there is no fix for this and occurs in busy areas only. To reduce its effect, I recommend you stay out of busy areas. Hopefully it will be fixed soon however.
