    Hey There! 
     
    Normally the reason of the game freezing like this is because of:
    You have a lot of Money / Garages / Drivers etc.

    Because of this, you must patiently wait for the game to catch up with all your economy.
    (Usually takes around 10-20 minutes)

    Hello,

     

    please follow these steps:

    - Launch ETS2 with DirectX 64-Bit

    - Make sure you have Service Pack 1 installed.

    - Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (if you have it then reinstall it)

    - Close unnecessary Background Applications/Programs

    - Open CMD and type sfc /scannow

    please make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (4.7): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55170, DirectX: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 https://mega.nz/#!dd5CkZRb!10EByG7H0d096weC3WvEWBzPQvCRksriTXg14Hm5zG4.

    Also try to verify your game files: Navigate to your library on steam, then right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and then go to "Properties". Then click on "Local Files". There you finally have to click on "Verify Integrity of Game Cache..."

    General Crashes and errors that you may experience with the launcher or the game try CCleaner to remove temporary files and obsolete registry paths.

    MP won't quicksave

    Hello,

    head to your documents folder, look for ETS2MP, click on there and click on the last_crash folder then attach to the post. Also, do you have your own truck as of yet? Check also whether the game is autosaving, click on save/load and tick show autosaves, it shows all the recent ones, hope this may help.

    Also try this one: Your economy settings may be corrupted. I hope this solution will be useful to you.

    Hi mate, can you please try the following: 

    - Enter to the site with E-Mail, which you register on the site, not your game nickname, or Steam nickname;
    - Write your E-Mail and password in Notepad, and then copy them one by one paste in the login window, if you  not sure that your login and password is correct writing by yourself;
    - If none of the above advice does not help the situation, try to reset your password and log in again;
    - Do not use a password or E-Mail any symbols, password must being only characters and numbers;
    - Do not use Steam-account, if the game is not bought on it, and on the other account. With the «Steam Family Sharing»to play in multiplayer you can't to connect also;
    - Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on  ETS2MP site. This is a very important point!
    - Run Steam, then press Profile> Edit Profile> My private setting and set a to all point is "Public";
     
    If none of the above works, then try these:
     
    1) Go on Documents-ETS2MP and delete client.edc
    2) Write your password and mail into a text file
    3) Open ETS2MP and copy the mail and the password from the text file created before on the ETS2MP login page with CTRL+V

     

    If none of the above works, then please send us a ticket over Support system.

    We noticed that many accidents and instances of reckless driving were caused by driving at high speeds, so this is an attempt to reduce that and to improve the in-game experience of all our players. While we know some of our players are true professionals, we feel this decision was necessary.

    Hey,

     

    It is not possible to play MP with a Shared Steam account. To play you would have to have a accound that is NOT shared and has ETS2 on it. 

    Please let us know if you are satified with the answers given :)
