    TruckersMP cant find my ATS Game

    Hello @eMo_BG,

     

    I have experienced this problem a while back and it was simply a waiting game as far as I remember. All you have to do is click check game and wait around 5-10 minutes and then eventually it should validate and recognise it. I'm sure if anyone has any further info on this it will be posted!

    The Halloween Convoy has been my favourite so far. Having to lead the convoy and face all the jump scares was definitely the most fun I've had in a while ? Would have to say that Real Ops is still a massive highlight of mine and I will never forget the experience!

    I may be able to provide some answers for the questions you have. Any other information can be found for the new feature can be found in this knowledgebase made by Whitelodge :) 

     

    It will not be mandatory to know English, there's no requirement for it and you can play as normal - however knowing English may help you when it comes to reading the signs etc. All you really need to understand is that you must yield for emergency vehicles (move out of their way, safely) and that you have to follow the smart signs above the road (linked in the kb article). With this information you should understand what is going on and you'll enjoy the event! 

     

    Any necessary files will be downloaded automatically so there is no need to download any mods for this event. (They'll be downloaded when you start the launcher) 

     

    Players can drive their own trucks around the event map. The operations will be carried out for you, which will make it much more enjoyable. All you have to do is drive wherever you like around the set routes, and you'll find things along the way :)

     

    I would suggest that getting to this area before the event is something you should do. Free roaming isn't allowed on the server. I would say you should go to main city in the area such as Stuttgart, Zurich etc before the event so you can simply start driving along the route. The route map can be found in this forum post.

    Hi there @xPaco,

     

    My go-to solution for any problem relating to ETS2 is to verify the integrity of the game files.

     

    You can do this by going into your steam library > Right Clicking ETS2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity

     

    Let this happen and wait for any files to download. I have also fount some possible other solutions here which may be useful if mine does not work out for you.

    promod 1.36 problem

    Hey @blacktiger5,

     

    Welcome to the help section and congrats on your first post. I read over your request and it seems you're suggesting you downloaded an old copy of the Road to the Black Sea map dlc. You will need an up to date version of the game to play on TruckersMP servers! You can read more about this here - https://truckersmp.com/kb/26 (this focuses on downgrading but it is the same process - instead of selecting an old version select NONE - Opt out of all beta programs) 

     

    Furthermore, I hope what you're not suggesting is that you have downloaded a leaked version of the map dlc. You must have a legal, steam copy of the game to use our network - the map dlcs are however optional to buy and you can simply play on the Simulation Servers on the base map as normal. Unless you wish to play Promods in which case you will require all the map dlcs for it to work and be compatible.

    Hi @Big Hoss,

     

    Assuming you're talking about a 2FA issue on your account which involves Authy here is something I suggest:

     

    This is not a direct TMP issue and I must say that it was pretty much self inflicted. Authy is very secure and hence it is quite difficult to get into. I can't provide you with specific help as when I got a new phone I usually keep my old one just in case a family member wants it etc. However, this article (if you haven't looked already) may help you out: https://authy.com/phones/reset/ 

     

    I'd suggest trying out those methods. You can also contact support on TMP and see if they can help you reset your 2FA for your account! https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create

    Hi there!

     

    Firstly, welcome to the forums. The best solution that I can see for this issue is opening the console with ` (the key on the left of 1 on a QWERTY keyboard) and using the 'goto' command. You may have to do this in singleplayer as I'm not sure whether it will actually work. Probably best to choose the city you're in currently so you can check if it has worked.

    Hi Fred, 

     

    Welcome to the forums! The bug you are experiencing is well known and everyone is experiencing it. It occurs when a new user enters your tab menu. Unfortunately, there is no solution as of yet but the TruckersMP Dev team are working hard to update the game and I'm sure they will be looking at a fix for the issue! I hope you understand and wait patiently for the fix :D
