where did you get that stat from? sounds like whatever monitoring program your using is bugged out

i know the one i use which is open hardware monitor does it sometimes it'll say im running at some oddball number that isn't possible for my chip cause it doesnt support over clocking or true speed stepping at idle with no load it'll sit at 1.1Ghz under any sort of load it jumps straight to 2.2Ghz
