I decided to remove all the warning points for signature size violation as it hasn't really been mentioned or warned about before, just straight warning points. So I removed them, also added a new rules for moderators. You'll now get a verbal warning first if your signature breaks the rules., if I forgot about someone, feel free to PM me.
