I feel bad for those people, and that's all I will say. 

Well, what I said is a lie, I don't feel bad for them at all.

It's called the modern society not having any manners. It's unfortunate that the world has gone this way, and parents have a responsibility that they can't meet, due to the rising cost of living in the world. It's not just on the forums, but in many online games, web forums, and out in the street.

If we could teach respect with some sort of enforcement in reality, then these rude, and sometimes offensive events would drop to a more manageable level.
