Suggestion Name: Link to Ban Details Suggestion Description: In a case where a user is banned, their punishment history shows the ban, but doesn't have a link to ban details page. This is why I didn't find the evidence video link, supposed the ban was from another situation and sent a useless ban appeal, which I did by trying to open a ticket like this and finding a warning on top of the page. It would be nice if the devs could add a link to the punishment history titles, directing to ban details. Why it should be added: This would mean less ban appeals caused by misunderstandings and make the webiste much more simple and easy to use.

Suggestion Name: Link to Suggestions from Support ticket Suggestion Description: On top of new support ticket page would be a link to suggestions forum. I myself made a bug report for a suggestion, because I didn't find this forum... Why it should be added: Would help people from creating useless tickets and wasting the time of the support team.

Suggestion Name: Charge €1 to make a report via the website Suggestion Description: To make a report via the website, you must pay €1 for each report made. Why it should be added: Ladies and gentlemen, I present my brilliant idea to reduce toxicity and the "report culture" in this game. Charging €1 per web report will massively reduce the amount of frivolous reports, such as where someone who drives down C-D for the sole purpose of reporting people and clipping every tiny infraction of the rules regardless if they were personally affected by it. Not only that, but it ensures the future of TruckersMP by providing a great source of income. This proposed fee will therefore create a good balance between the genuine need to create a report, whilst also discouraging misuse.

It could be an exciting experience for the players, but it's going to be a lot of hard work for the Map Makers on the TruckersMP Add-On Team Personally, I hope there will be more events similar to the April Fool's Day event that took place in 2020
