The new update for 1.32 doesn't support TruckersMP at this moment therefor you will have to downgrade inorder to play online.

simply downgrade your game version to 1.31 temporary in your steam library -> settings -> beta.

The 1.32 update is not supported at the moment on multiplayer !

Hello, you are getting this error because SCS released update 1.32, so you will need to steam, library find Euro Truck Simulator 2, right click, press proprieties(last option) go to BETAS, press on "Select the beta you would like to opt into:" and go down until you find "temporary _1_31 - 1.31.x for incompatible mode" then press on close wait for steam to update ETS2 and then when it's done open TMP. Then it should work.
