Hello,

 

From the start time (When i was started to playing  MP) I have face a problem & i was opened support ticket but after the solution it's not solved.

 

Problem:

-------------------

When i was drive Europe Server 2 the after some time it goes to NON-Collision Like the below video. But When I use any VPN network then its working fine.

[N:B] This is not not only my problem. Some player also have this problem & get banned permanently.


My Question is -->>>> Is that a Truckersmp Service Problem or Its a connection problem?

My Config:

Hello,

 

This is a connection problem,But it could be the NCZ Hacking. In this case the video recording of the player named " [Fırtına Trans] Yusuf " is needed. Even so, please try the possible Solution steps.

Hello :)

 

You may be having a connection problem, here are some things you can try to resolve the issue.

 

1. Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

2. Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache

3. Try changing your DNS to Google's one and see if that has any effect https://www.techworm.net/2016/08/change-default-dns-google-dns-fast-internet-speeds.html

4. Try re-setting your win-sock cache 

 

  1. Click on windows search program and type "cmd" enter (run cmd as an admin, right click run as admin)
  2. Once you're in, type "netsh winsock reset catalog" enter
  3. Type "netsh int ip reset.log hit" enter
  4. Restart your computer

Reset your network adapter, firewall and DHCP.

 

This page will guide you through what you need to do and explains for different Windows operating systems as you scroll down.

You type 

 

·         netsh int ip reset reset.txt

·         netsh winsock reset

·         netsh advfirewall reset

into a command prompt window

 

Also try to verify your game file

> Go to Steam Library

> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2

> Properties

> Local Files

> Verify Integrity of Game Files

Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs.

This is Connection problem between game server and your internet.

 

Have you tried turn of your router and wait 30 sec and than,

Turn your Pc and un plugg it wait 30 sec ?

This is not a problem with the lag side 'ghost mode'. the occurrence of such an event may be caused by events related to ethernet issues that are related to your computer's program. scan your computer for a clean virus program. Then check your internet values. If the values are normal, check the PING values in the game. If you still encounter such a problem, it may be that you are having problems with your modem connection. - Because other methods use illegal programs such as "cheat", mod fly to user. When the user is authorized with the '' user permission '', the system is taken over independently. At this point, the user can play the drivers and perform the desired action. They may encounter "prohibited - prohibited" situations. If you are convinced that you are not using such a program. disable your computer from associated applications such as VPN. try resetting your modem if you meet these problems again.

My problem is still on. But i have seen a thing when i was use my SIM Card Data by using USB Cable, Then it is solve but when i again use broadband then again face this problem so now i am always using VPN & record my full gameplay for evidence :(
